One liners

Sometimes, it’s those bits and phrases that are short and sweet that you remember. The little memory joggers that help you to remember what order to perform a process or where you put your keys so you don’t lose them. Here’s a few of my favorites – in one way or another, each of these have reminded me to treat myself and others with kindness. (Where I remember the place or person I heard it, I’ve listed the reference.)

I hope that you will share your one-liners with me – I’d like to make my list longer. I’ll continue to reflect on these and hopefully make a change in my thoughts or behaviors that will keep adding kindness to the world anyway.
